Overview
This Buildoffsite hosted Workshop is in two parts.
The first part will involve a presentation from Dennis Seal of Kier Partnership Homes setting out his vision for future new build housing solutions including the increasingly important role of offsite construction solutions.
The second part will involve a presentation by Skanska on their ModernaHus system which has been developed in Scandinavia and is now being brought to the UK. This presentation will include a client led focus on the first significant application of the system to develop a site in Brixton for Notting Hill Housing Group
